At LOVE LA REAL, we appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible, non-customized items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

● Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

● Be in their original condition.

● Have all original tags and packaging, if applicable.

● Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

● Custom-made or personalized products.

● Customized T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, mugs, and other personalized items.

● Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

● Final sale items.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LOVE LA REAL is not responsible for return packages lost in transit when the customer arranges the return shipment.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customized and personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customized products already in production cannot be canceled unless required by applicable law.

8. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact LOVE LA REAL through our store’s contact page. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
